Arugula, baby spinach and endive, with ruby grapefruit, roasted beets, shallots and toasted pistachios

Baby Greens {vegan}

with balsamic vinaigrette and whole grain croutons

The Freshest Cobb Salad 

Crunchy romaine and delicate watercress, with chicken, avocado, bacon, egg and blue cheese with blue cheese vinaigrette

Greek Salad 

Romaine with feta, hearts of palm, chickpeas, cucumbers, and olives with oregano vinaigrette

Super-Cesar Salad*

Crunchy romaine, super greens, shaved parmesan, croutons and garlicky parmesan dressing   *dressing contains uncooked egg yolk
